低ランニングコスト機能を備えたローラータイプの2機種を出展します。
ローラータイプは実機によるデモンストレーションも予定しておりますので、
皆様のご来場を心よりお待ちしております。
Two models “12inch vacuum wafer mounter for ultra-thin wafers in high demand in the power device industry” and “roller type mounter with low running cost function” will be exhibited.
Roller type mounter will also be demonstrated on actual machine.
