Overview

Measures the static balance (static unbalance) with high precision of a workpiece in a non-rotating state.
Uses the original three-point measuring system by center-axial-alignment mechanism. You only need to input an outside diameter of a workpiece and set the workpiece on the table to detect its unbalance weight and position in a non-rotating state.

Static balance

static balancing is a way to detect the unbalance weight distribution of a workpiece in a non-rotating state.

How is it different from dynamic balance?

Dynamic balancing is a way to detect the unbalance weight and position by vibration while the measuring object rotates.

Dynamic balancing would carry big risks due to its measuring method based on rotation of a workpiece. It would cost a great deal for safety measures or it could cause to harm a person, especially if it is a large workpiece, blade, or screw.

What is the three-point measuring system by center-axial-alignment mechanism?
Makes the center-axial-alignment with center attachment, detects the weight distribution with the three measuring devices under the measuring plate, and calculates the unbalance position and weight.

Easy changeover
