Overview

Measures the static balance (static unbalance) with high precision of a workpiece in a non-rotating state.
Uses the original three-point measuring system by center-axial-alignment mechanism. You only need to input an outside diameter of a workpiece and set the workpiece on the table to detect its unbalance weight and position in a non-rotating state.

Static balance

How is it different from dynamic balance?

Dynamic balancing is a way to detect the unbalance weight and position by vibration while the measuring object rotates.

Dynamic balancing would carry big risks due to its measuring method based on rotation of a workpiece. It would cost a great deal for safety measures or it could cause to harm a person, especially if it is a large workpiece, blade, or screw.

After the balance measurement is completed, the function to rotate the heavy point or the light point to any angle is installed as standard.
Since a heavy point or a light point comes to the same position every time the inspection is completed, the operator can easily confirm the position.
In addition, even in the automatic mass production line, it is possible to deliver to the next process at a fixed angle, so there is no need for a mechanism to rotate the workpiece in the next process.
Even when printing on a workpiece, the movement of the printing device is minimal, which is a function that leads to total cost reduction.
