
The balance correction part (balancing head) is designed and machined so that it fits inside the main spindle of the machine tool, and the imbalance is corrected by changing the position of the weight inside the head.
For flange-mounted specifications, the balancing head must also be removed when attaching and detaching the grindstone.
With the built-in shaft specification, the balancing head is installed inside the main shaft of the machine tool, so there is no need to attach or detach the balancing head when replacing the grinding wheel, which reduces the load during operation and shortens the takt time.
Since balance correction can be performed directly under the grinding wheel (the source of imbalance), more precise balance correction is possible.
It is possible to install an AE sensor in the balancing head, and it is possible to not only correct the balance but also detect contact between the grinding wheel and the workpiece.
Gear grinding machines (NC machines) can perform automatic tooth alignment using an AE sensor.
The AE waveform can be displayed on the 7-inch display, and AE waves can be constantly monitored before and after contact between the grinding wheel and workpiece, and during machining.
It is possible to visually analyze AE waves when an abnormality occurs.
The AE analog signal can be output externally, and the AE signal can be analyzed using other external equipment.
